The github repo includes a Dockerfile (https://github.com/psdally/k8s-deleting-evicted-pods/blob/main/docker/Dockerfile) that will let you build the image that I tested with. I certainly will consider creating a "unified" toolbox image in the future. Thanks for the suggestion!
